Fax-to-Email
Our dedicated fax-to-email service provides you with a local telephone number that will receive your faxes (even simultaneous faxes) and forward them as convenient PDFs to your email address. We also offer a secure fax portal for customer's that require HIPAA compliance.
Fax Portal / Email-to-Fax
Our fax portal enhances our fax-to-email service with a secure website where you can easily review and download received faxes. From the fax portal you can also send faxes by uploading a document, choosing an optional cover sheet, and entering the phone number you want to send the fax to. Our system will send the fax for you and log the results in your secure portal. In addition to our fax portal, we offer an email-to-fax service which allows you to send faxes by simply emailing a document to your secure fax email address. Our system will review your email and send the fax for you
InstantFAX ATA (Fax-over-IP)
Got a traditional on-premise fax machine? So do we! Our InstantFAX ATA provides a dedicated fax line as part of our Hosted PBX service.
Fax-over-IP has traditionally been plagued with reliability issues. Subtle fluctuations in latency of internet speed cause fax machines to loose signal and retry. Our InsantFAX ATA solutions solves this issue by securely receiving your fax in our data center where latency is not a concern. Once received, the fax is transferred to the InstantFAX ATA using a secure internet connection. Once received by the ATA, the unit connects to your fax machine and transfers the fax locally where internet is not involved.
